Bridgewater International rewards people fairly who put forward the names of their friends or colleagues who they feel might be suitable for one of our hospital positions. The people recommended however must complete their probationary period at whatever hospital they are recruited to before any monies will be paid out.

The reward scales are as follows:

Recommend 1 Nurse = Reward  £400.

Recommend 1 Doctor= Reward  £1,000.

Recommend 2 Nurses= Reward  £950.

Recommend 2 Doctors = Reward  £2,500.

Any numbers greater than this we will negotiate to give you larger rewards.
